Our Leagues

Alpha Omega offers a variety of basketball leagues, each uniquely designed to develop players at different stages of their basketball journey. All of our leagues “Skilled Evaluated,” meaning players are placed on teams/divisions according to skill.

IQ League

The IQ Basketball League a half-court league with a unique set of rules. The IQ League removes the distractions of fast breaks, which often obscure the finer details of the game. Players train and practice twice a week. Teams are intentionally kept small—five players per team and only three to four players allowed on the floor at a time. This setup ensures each player has more opportunities to shoot, dribble, and pass during games.

Vici Hoops

Vici Hoops is a full-court league that operates as a more traditional basketball league. There is no skills training component as with the other leagues. Instead, practices with coaches 1-2 times per week to focus on reviewing plays and team strategies. Games are held every Saturday over an 8-week season.

Development League

The Development League is a full-court league designed for newer players or those seeking to rebuild their fundamentals. With 80% of the time dedicated to practice and training and just 20% reserved for games, players participate in group sessions twice a week to develop key skills. Games are held twice a month, providing opportunities to apply their training in a live setting. This environment helps athletes gain confidence, master techniques, and prepare for more competitive play.
